Best girls I ever met. Not clicky very diverse in their looks (not cookie cutter). Love those girls hhhhhhhhhhh

When I went to their room at recruitment, I felt out of place. The girls pride themselves on having a strong sisterhood, but when a few girls messed up their speech, the President scowled. It was beyond awkward. I stay out of drama and gossip in the Greek community, but all of my interactions with DPhiE girls have shown me how poorly they talk about other sororities. Many girls have expressed how their reputation as “uglier” girls makes them try to be kind instead of stereotypically pretty. I’ve comforted girls affected by this harmful stereotype. At the end of the day, I don’t think the girls are very kind. Some are, but many like to be mean when referencing other girls. Coming from another sorority with harmful stereotypes as well, I understand it can hurt. But for an organization that says they’re the most authentic, I’m surprised at how mean you all can be.

Amazing sisterhood, all these girls love eachother and even though they might have some differences between eachother there is still that sister bond between each girl! They are always involved in other organizations events and very fun at party’s! The best sorority on campus!!

Great sisterhood

They are a very unique and fun group of women. They have great philanthropy events like ANAD trivia night, HISKID dinner, and 65Roses Gala for CF. DPhiE are also very active in the Greek community as well as other non-Greek organizations.

Seems like everyone is super down to earth in this sorority. They are not your stereotypical sorority girls, but they know how to have fun and support one another. Super underrated - but they know how to relax and have a good time without the unnecessary girl drama.

DphiE is underrated, honestly. These girls are not all the 'barbies' but they know and appreciate this about themselves! To be honest, I think they have the best sisterhood on campus. Every time I see a group of them at an event or in the goshen (which is always a giant group of a ton of them!!) , I can tell that they all care a lot about each other and everyone feels like they belong. I am in a top tier sorority and a lot of times the girls in mine don't feel that at first because we intimidate each other and take longer to open up. These girls in DPhiE are ALWAYS SO supportive of one another and I can tell it is a great group to be in. They don't have the best social media and are too overlooked because when people rush they often rely on tiers too heavily. If you are rushing and want somewhere where you feel accepted and supported, of course go off of where you connect the best, but don't write off the super kind girls of DphiE. Seriously. :) In the end, if it's where you belong, you won't regret it. They have an amazing sisterhood!

I honestly cant believe DPhiE is above Alpha Phi, this is funny. DPhiE is not the sorority to be in. They're the weird ones who try very hard. It's like geeds came together to form a sorority and named it DPhiE
