These men are really starting to get their chapter into shape and back to how they used to be. The men are mostly gentlemen with a few stereotypical fraternity guys that tend to ruin their reputation for the rest. Overall they're a bunch of guys that know how to have a good time and throw amazing parties. They are also very supportive of the other greek organizations, attending their philanthropies and events throughout the school year. They also love to get involved in other campus activities.

I love alpha phi! Rush week is so stressful and overwhelming but these are the only girls who actually asked me how I'm feeling and had a real conversation with me. All the other sororities seemed to talk bad about the others and this was the only one who didn't pressure me. I look forward to alpha Phis room every night and I hope I get a bid from them Saturday!

Have been on top for the past few years, starting to slip a little, but still consistently near the top. They didn't win Greek Organization of the Year by being a bad fraternity. Do they throw the best parties? No they don't, not bad, but not the best. They seem like they're in it to win, which they generally seem to do. Overall, pretty good

As an observer over the siue Greek system for the past two years, I'm really disappointed. I have friends in every sorority, a lot of then aphis even, and unfortunately there are to many girls who ruin aphi for me. Go on twitter and look at all the aphis talk about how better they are then everyone else. The point of a sisterhood is to create friendship, not tear people down. They think they're "the best" which doesn't matter. It's about being humble even if you are "the best".
