Top Tier

Psi U, TDX: hottest, most sociable guys on campus. This is also where the most attractive girls consistently hang out. Rich, prep school kids. TDX=almost all of lax+rugby, Psi U= some of golf, sailing, tennis, but mainly just high quality NARPs
Beta: Another solid group of guys. Lot of jocky, attractive classic frat-bro types. Pulls from a lot of club/varsity teams. 21 class is great- definitely on the rise.
GDX/XH: Hard to rank because they are almost all varsity athletes who rarely interact with other frats, but are seen as top.

Middle Tier:

SAE: Solid group of guys, but are somewhat disconnected from the other houses. Good place to play pong but their basement is rarely crowded. A ridiculous proportion of them are econ majors
AXA: Basement tends to always have a scene. A somewhat random group of people- historically a lot of DOC types, but the 21 class is more diverse. Great 21 class, definitely dramatically on the rise.
Phi Delt: Kind of a random group of people but good.
Chi Gam: Def on the rise- lightweight rowing + distance running+ other random people. Went from being one of the easiest frats to get into (17F) to being a solid middle tier one. 21 class was pretty good. Basement has been very crowded in recent terms.

Bottom Tier

Sig Nu: 21 class is full of people who didn't get into chi gam.. 22 rush class will determine whether or not they will become as relevant as SigEp was... currently not relevant

KKG- 100% the hottest sorority... are sometimes seen as snobby/unfriendly
KDE- KDEs are much more chill and involved on campus.
