A lot of people like to pick on this fraternity because they seem a bit aloof, but quite honestly, they're actually the sweetest guys. I'd go as far as saying that they actually have the best-looking guys from the non-athlete houses. If they were a bit more extroverted and tried a little harder, they'd easily be a threat to the other top houses.

Not known for the tightest brotherhood, but they have a diverse class of really nice guys, many of which are goodlooking and smart. They have good parties and scenes on a pretty consistent basis.

I don't know where those other rankings came from. This house is consistently considered the lowest tier house on campus. Guys are pretty weird. I think the guys in the house are happy with it since they relate so well to each other, but this is not where you go for an overall good time or for goodlooking/cool brothers.
