Sig ep is truly the sorority for men. People who are "social climby" and who want to say that they're in a frat without actually being super involved in that frat rush here. It is a huge brotherhood that is not super close. This comes from talking to some of my friends in the house. On the flip side, they do throw good dance parties and have a very good basement scene, so I'll definitely give them credit for that.

As a member of this house, I thought I'd give an honest opinion instead of just trying to rank up our chapter. Yes, I'll admit it, we are bottom tier. And yes, we don't throw huge ragers every weekend like Psi U or Beta, but there are two things we do have that most other houses don't: (1) a small, tight-knit brotherhood and (2) High Street, a vintage 1970s room plastered with faded newspaper clippings and posters, which is one of the best places to smoke weed in all of Hanover.

Pretty sure the people who have ranked KD in the top tier are IN the house. Definitely bottom tier; slightly above EKT. The girls are nice, but sorta of bland and awkward....if it's any indication, a lot of girls drop out of rush when it's the final round and they don't want to be stuck with KD.

A facetimey, ragey group of girls who seem to think they're top-tier and rivalling houses like Kappa. The 16s class is particularly cliquey and catty, and very superficial and on-the-surface nice. Some genuinely nice girls in the mix, but many of the people I've met are pretty fake.

Psi U is definitely top tier. Still, it does have a lot of douchey guys who use their parents' money to bankroll the whole place. Nevertheless, there are certainly some nice dudes who are really chill. With TDX suspended, Psi U is definitely the preferred location for the biggest dance parties on campus.
