When I first went there I thought to myself, where am I? Cause I thought I had entered heaven. The flowers smelt superb not to mention the smiles. AND THE PIZZA. I just graduated and was a member of SD for my entire time. I was so happy to get a bid from them because they seemed to have a super close-knit sisterhood. After initiation, I found out this was because we were not allowed to associate with anyone outside SD and were required to eat dinner at the house every night. During this time, we would sit down to eat, the lights would be turned off except for a few candles, and we had to wait to eat until the president came around to sprinkle a strange white powder on our meal. I always felt REALLY weird after. We would spend the rest of the night playing tiktaktoe while the seniors sang gregorian chants as loudly as they could. Now that I've graduated and talked to some other people, I'm realizing not every sorority did this. Anyone have any experience on the matter?
