Have trouble keeping members of their chapter because they are rude and not welcoming. Women drop because of poor sisterhood all the time. They really screwed up finances recently.

All they care about is smoking weed and drinking alcohol. They don't care about much else. They drink with potential new members and provide alcohol to people who are under 21 and freshman. They will criticize you if you are a member and so not want to smoke or drink with them. They break every rule in the book, and can't keep good guys around. I was a member of the frat, then I quit, because they turned into something I did not stand for.

Alpha Xi Delta girls are nothing but wonderful. After experiencing recruitment, I felt nothing but welcomed and at home with them. It is extremely obvious that these girls are classy, mature and want nothing but the best for each other. I never thought highly of Greek life but these girls changed my mind. A true sisterhood!
