Good guys, but need to be more involved socially. Don't need to be animal house parties but they seem too concerned with their image to have fun.

Compared to the other frats they are miles above the competition sig pi is sketchy and beta theta pi might as well not exist

My experiences within Alpha XI Delta have given me leadership skills that have benefitted me throughout my career. I have lifelong friends/sisters which is to me is priceless. If I would have a chance to do it all over again I would recommend to anyone to go through recruitment and trust the process. I love my sisters.

They were awful to me when I was a "sister". They also allowed girls who didn't fit the morals and the values of Alpha Xi Delta because the chapter board were friends with the girls. When voting happened, it was clear that the group didn't want to have the girls in the sorority (until they could show class/change) but the president overruled the vote. When I asked to go on financial leave because I was having family health issues, I was told no, that family issues weren't the sororities fault. I ended up quitting and the friendships/sisterhood relationships I thought I had turned into me being bullied and shamed.

The fraternity resides in a flea-infested house with bugs crawling on every surface. It's best to steer clear unless you're a scientist wanting to conduct experiments. The brotherhood seems nonexistent, as some brothers openly criticize their so-called friends
