It seems like many of the comments on here stray from the point and not to put too fine a point on it, but what makes a "top" house may depend on how you define it. I am a transfer and my house unfortunately doesn't have a Chapter here - and yes, my sorority was the top house on campus. I have friends in several houses and my observation is there are some cute girls in Phi Sig, they have always been friendly to me (unlike the girls in some other houses), and they work very hard on their sisterhood and seem to enjoy being together. For the ladies who say they are unhappy members, maybe you didn't get the house you wanted during rush and did not bother to put anything into your Greek experience or making your house better. It is only as good as you make it and dissing your sisters lacks class.
