What Happen To AST?

Yes, they closed following the Spring 2024 semester. After their only new member dropped, the chapter voted to cease recruiting members through COB and just let the chapter die out once everyone graduated. After the Spring, they would only have 9 active members and since they haven't gotten any new members through formal recruitment since like 2020, they have really struggled. Not sure if the other comment saying CPC voted them out is true since I don't think national chapters can close for that reason - either nationals accepts their request to close or nationals revokes their charter - but I wouldn't put it past CPC to have a role since the Greek community treated AST poorly.
