These girls are awesome, so friendly and down to earth. This spring all freshmen put the phis as their first choice so clearly they are doing something right. I'm pretty sure all frats like to mix with them, at least we do.

I think people are attracted to the phis for the name. Before going through recruitment, I had never seen them around, and the ones in my class never even spoke to each other. They did a really good job at recruitment, but I still feel like half the pledge class, even now, will be cliquey. They all look great but don't like each other in the slightest.
