Rushing as an Sophomore/Junior

Anyone have advice if a sophomore or a junior decides to rush? How do the sororities/fraternities view those who aren't a freshman who are looking to join?

I can't speak for frats, but I do know that going through recruitment isn't a big deal as a sophomore! As a junior, it is harder, but you still will likely get a bid from someone as long as you are good (gpa, activities, not weird) everywhere else.
