sorority retention

I believe alpha xi had the best retention last year, but I know girls in every chapter that have dropped. Keep in mind that girls don't always drop just because they don't like/fit in with their sorority. Some girls know they'll be transferring schools and don't want to pay to stay active for the rest of the semester, some realize they don't have the money for a sorority after a semester of dues, some might not have the time, and some girls might truly not like their sorority. Members dropping doesn't necessarily mean the sorority itself is bad or is doing something wrong. Good luck!

Gamma Phi- 95%
ADPi- 92%
Sigma- 91.49
Delta- 91.43
Alpha Chi- 84%

I think anywhere above 90% is good retention.
