Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Southeast Missouri State University - SEMO 3.0 these guys are as middle tier as you can get. some don't go out as much as others, but the ones who do go out know how to have a good time. on campus they do what they are supposed to, but don't go above and beyond. they do NOT have an on campus house which makes for great parties. very nice group of guys, with a strong brotherhood.
