I don't know what's going on with the rankings for Tri Sigma, but I don't think it's any true indication of who they are. These women are genuine and have a true sisterhood. I didn't become a Sigma, but meeting them during rush and knowing most of the girls now, they are a great sorority. I think most people in the greek community have had positive experiences with Sigma. Even though they are still new, they have proven themselves on campus. I loved what they were about and think they are a great chapter! They like to party, but are also dedicated to their sisterhood and education.

Not a member of Greek life but had a very poor experience with a member of tri sigma before school moved online. The member and I shared a mutual friend (my former roommate). I guess my roommate decided to share information about my disability with this member. At a party, the Tri sigma girl loudly asked me about my disability, asking inappropriate questions about it and stating that “I didn’t look disabled”. While I don’t remember the girls name and I hope this doesn’t speak for the whole sisterhood, this conversation has still left a bad taste in my mouth due to the ableism shown and the fact she made these statements in a very public environment.

They like to portray themselves as a top tier sorority but in reality they’re your average high school mean girls. They’ve been losing girls left and right because of how badly they’re sisterhood is doing.

Has a very specific type for their sorority. Doesn’t host many events for their philanthropy and don’t seem to be in it for that reason either. It seems like their in Greek life for the parties only and to have the “clout” of being in a sorority.
