ATO can not be top house EVER they arent allowed to have parties there THEY ARE SOBER, And DU has brothers who literally blow each other. hahahah

DSP should be in the top tier. Kappa Sig should be below Theta Chi or at the bottom of the mid tier.

ATO not having IFC parties does not mean they can't be top tier... Pike has been in trouble recently but have changed and are getting up there, and Sigma Chi did not murder anyone, a brother commited suicide which was also over 5 years ago

They shouldnt be top tier. TECHNICALLY they arent allowed to have ANY alcohol on their property but we all know they have everything upstairs. So they arent even allowed to have socials with alcohol even though they do. And they arent allowed to have any kind of party not just ifc since they are 100% sober
