fall rush

Do all the fraternities hold rush during the fall? or are some only winter and spring?

I know all of the IFC fraternities rush people during both semesters but the amount can vary depending if the house is trying to scale back or not. As for the multi-cultural fraternities, most rush both semesters but some have very specific times when they allow new members.
