What qualifications do these houses meet to be top? Theta chi, sigma nu and sigma chi are all jokes Pi kappa phi definitely should be higher as well. They're new but they've done have to stay relevant

I'd rank DU a bit higher. Although they have a douchebag rep, they still mob, still party, and still are good competition. Not sure how ATO made top of the list considering they haven't won anything sports or philanthropy related, don't throw ragers, and aren't overly excelling in any of the other categories.
