top fraternity houses

I'm going to have to respectfully disagree on the grounds that you placed SAE and PiKap any where on this list.... SAE barely makes an appearance anywhere and PiKap has not even gone a full semester (Plus their President is a bigger douchebag than the majority of the greek system); not to mention Pike hasn't even been back a full semester for you to judge either.... Keep trying

Completely wrong..

Top Tier:
DU - only because of presence and nice house

Middle Top Tier:
ATO - because of large numbers and nice house. If they were close to more fraternities then they would be more liked and the fact that they can't throw parties can't make them the very top

Bottom Top Tier:
Sigma Chi & Sigma Nu - its a tie. These houses can take over the greek system and step over DU/Pike/ATO because of their true fraternity standings. They're chill. Sigma Chi has a nice house and seem to be chill with a lot of other fraternities. Sigma Nu has a giant house and they throw ragers that everybody has fun at. Use to be ghetto, but looks like they're turning it around these past few years and getting close with sororities.

Top Middle Tier:
PIKE - only because they were once top, but can't really have events at their house for now.. something important for a top house. Making a strong comeback, but have the watch out for the school.

Middle Tier:
Kappa Sigma & Theta Chi - Kappa Sigma has a nice house now.. but continue getting weird pledges that turn into weird actives. NIce house, but parties could improve. Let more greeks in and not GDI's. Theta Chi is pretty fratty, but lean a little too much to the redneck side. Has potential.. but every time they get a chance to throw a rager.. they blow it because they suck at running gates to let people in. People don't want to wait and just leave to another party.

Rest don't matter. Sorry PiKap, Beta, Sigma Pi, DSP, SAE..

Mid:
Sigma Nu, Theta Chi, Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig
