Bottom: Sigma Nu, Theta Chi, Sig Pi, Beta.

I think that Theta Chi, Sigma Nu and Kappa Sig will be the tops houses by fall 2013. These 3 have chill guys, they are good looking and have started making an impact on campus. Plus they are all funny and gentleman.
