Projections for Rankings:
Based on overall feel of houses and potential for parties
if a house is on probation, that puts them down the list a little, if they are suspended, they are falling hard and are going to be almost non existent for a while, so hence why Pike is at the bottom, and DU will fall there next

Top(In no order): Sigma Nu(been throwing parties, just need to step it up a little)
Kappa Sigma(brand new house, huge house with huge main room and quad, always used to throw the best parties back in the day, has potential to do so again)
Sigma Chi(great brotherhood and guys, even if their house is going to be small they can throw good parties there because people actually like them compared to SAE)

Middle: DU, ATO(both in trouble, can't throw parties, DU is going to fall hard like Pike), maybe Theta Chi in here for the few parties they held

Bottom: SAE(weird vibe, not good parties, but not neccesarily bad guys)
