1. Pike and Sigma Chi (two different houses but compete on almost every level)

Mid Top: (Solid houses but got in too much trouble recently, wont be rushing)

2. ATO (Large numbers fun house but still good ratio of chill guys)

3. DU (Fun house but still hurting from the nationals clean out, need a couple years to stabilize)

4. Sigma Nu (Not in trouble, slowly climbing but still ratchet)

Pike: There rep nationally is the same as SJ. They rage hard, have chill dudes, go hard for philanthropies but lack in grades/balancing school and are often more douchey. Had of history of trouble with both the school and their nationals but if they stay out of it they'll be fine. Always a strong social presence when not in trouble so lets see how hard they come back after last springs woes.

Sigma Chi: The goodey two shoes. Rage hard but balance it with everything. Good relations with the school, top GPA of all houses blah blah try hards. Cons: numbers/smaller psychical house. Although the most strict rush selection but to that same token they have the highest ratio of chill dudes. Strong social presence last Spring. Good chunk of influential guys went Alum lets see how they handle it
