can sororities tell if you're rushing a second tim

I'm a sophomore who decided to drop during fall 2015 recruitment. Hated the house and experience so much I didn't rush fall 2016. Now I regret it and want to rush again in the fall to a new house. Can sororities tell if you rushed before and got dropped from a house that bid you? Can sororities tell if you've rushed before and didn't get a bid? I'm talking about through the software they use for fall recruitment not word of mouth.
