Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 1.6 These guys know they are bottom tier and often remind the rest of the greek community, they threw a bounce house party this semester and the most random people got in. Im sure these guys are nice guys and all but these were the dudes that everyone messed with when they were in high school.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 3.0 They're ALRIGHT. Weird mix of guys, but really generous and chill. Some are weird, some are creepy which give off a weird vibe. It's a great house, but inside is really dirty. They're fun to rage with and play really good music. Most of them are just plain chill though and you can kickback with them sometimes, but not all the time.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 2.4 You can count the number of chill dudes on one hand (maybe) and after that they're some pretty weird dudes...their house is old and run down which is kinda good for when they throw parties but then again their parties are just alright. decently involved however but i've been seeing this house decline in the past few years especially with all the allegations against them in recent years
