Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity Ratings at SJSU

i have had a great time at theta personally, but i have heard some things bad things. I AlWAYS have a great time with them and whenever someone yaks or isnt doin so good they always try to give water and make sure someone is there to take of them

Member size has become one of the smallest on Greek row, but the brothers seem very close to each other as a result.Parties are always fun here especially the Halloween one! And the house is usually clean. Socials I hear can be hit or miss. I heard from my friend in aphi that their social was amazing. In terms of participation in terms of philanthropy and community service it really doesn’t seem like they care at all. Can’t remember the last time Theta placed top 3 at a philanthropy or had more than 12 bros show up at a given time to one. Also what happened to theta Thursday’s? The house used to be much wilder and party focused now it’s just meh. The recent pledge classes have also been pretty good. Overall I feel like this house is just kind of doing their own thing and doesn’t really care too much as long as they’re having fun. Great house to kickback with on a night with nothing happening with the bros.

Sweet guys who try really hard when they have parties. Nobody’s first choice is to go to a theta party

I don't know why so many people hate theta chi. The brothers there might seem awkward at first but they are actually pretty nice and chill

I personally have attended many events at this house, every time I come by I am greeted by many different people and they make me feel very welcome. I once attended a party while there was a very intoxicated young woman, as a result of seeing her they were very responsible and gathered a group of sober bros to drive her home and her friend home safely. Very respectful young men. They know how to be on track with all their school work and have fun at the end of the day.

Once their members don’t have the money for dues, they’ll kick them to the curb and not allow them over anymore.

They have a great group of guys and fun to be around. Their socials are fun and have large parties. I heard they are getting their house remodeled so that’s a plus! Love those guys

Everyone hates on theta but they are just a group of really nice, genuine guys. Some guys can be kinda weird, but always super kind and overall they seem to have a pretty strong brotherhood. Their parties are pretty fun, but a lot of weirdos show up so it’s more fun to just hang with the bros in a kickback setting.
