I used to love going over to Sig nu when I was a freshman but all the cool older guys that anchored their house graduated. Now no one goes to their parties but randoms. One of my roommates little bros is a JI and he would rather go to another house than party at his own on the weekends. I get that they've been on probation but come on. I hate to see them crumble :(

This house since I've been here they've been pretty steady. I miss the older guys but the youngers ones ain't bad! they throw parties which are chill but still tend have that ratchet vibe everyone talks about. They always competitve in philantropies but havent won in awhile but still put forth a great effort! Very competitive in sports too. Have potential to move up but need improve in a few areas. Still a good house tho

The truth is there are many fraternities that fall into the "Top Tier" Ranking. San Jose State has a pretty big greek system. With that being said, Sigma Nu definitely falls into that ranking. Sigma Nu has one of the most diverse brotherhoods along with ATO. Sigma Nu prides itself in being able to "work hard, play hard" as they know how to throw pretty awesome parties. They organize a philanthropy every year to support disabled veterans. If you're looking for a strong bother hood go Sigma Nu.

honestly, compared to when i first got to state, this house has gone up so much overall. They're definitely starting to participate and give a lot greater of an effort in philanthropies. They're parties have always been at least a good time, if not a great time. They have some weird bros, but honestly... I don't know any house that doesn't. They could definitely tone it down with the ratchetness a little bit though... They're pledge classes have been pretty great lately as well. Keep it up <3

They're a solid middle tier. They have made progress since my time but still retain that "Ratchet" or "ghetto" title. that being said I'm really chill with a lot of the sigma nu's. Their house is very diverse which is good but also kinda weird cause the bros can be cliquey. They throw down and know how to have a good time tho
