Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 5.0 Fersure went down from #1 when they were on probation for so long and lost a lot of brothers, which is why they took 40 pledges this semester to fill the house. However, they'll always stay relevant and have the nicest house on campus because of their alumnus Barry Swenson, a real estate mogul for San Jose. Lots of dope guys who can party and still hold a conversation. I know they'll always pull. Full disclosure, I have a couple friends in this house, and I'm in a frat at another school.

Fersure went down from #1 when they were on probation for so long and lost a lot of brothers, which is why they took 40 pledges this semester to fill the house. Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 4.0 So many haters (probably pikes lol), but these guys are the best! If you're a girl looking at what houses are fun to hang with, DU is one Best (along with ATO). They are fun to be around and won't just try to get lucky. They are the kind of guys who will walk you home and make sure you get home safe. Ya some of the guys are kinda fratty, but some are also really laid back and like turning up. They have a diverse group of men. My sisters and I love hanging out there.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 2.6 They give bids to anyone, I know a guy who only went to one rush event and got a bid. I heard this year they picked up 40 pledges which seems desperate. They have huge parties however, nothing ever good goes down there.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at San Jose State University - SJSU 4.0 Dope house. Definitely on the rise after a tough period. Probably the best physical party house on campus, but they haven't been using it right. Some guys are douchey but most are good guys. They also really take care of your if you're drunk

Everyone knows that DU is full of a bunch of white boys that weren't cool enough for pike, and to dumb for sigma chi although not socially awkward enough for theta chi, SAE, or Beta. Honestly I can count the number of guys in this house that can hold an intelligent conversation on one hand. my ratings are me being 100% honest, and my friends agree
