Pretty decent house. As everyone else has said, they're very involved in like everything on campus. Their house offers a lot of potential for growth. They're not the most social on row, but there are a handful of DSPs that are fun to be around and are starting to bring recognition to DSP. They used to have over 100+ bros but they dropped back down to 70 so they're quality of guys has improved. They're one of the houses that I can go to and won't get hit on every 3 minutes. House is starting to grow on me. Still room for improvement, but a lot of going for them since everyone else in trouble and the bros are more social than before. We'll see how they do with this new pledge class.

They are the most sweetest and honestly the most down to earth guys that you'll ever meet. I love that they are diverse and make you feel like home. They have put in lots of work whenever they participate in philanthropies and other activities. They have such a great brotherhood and I love how they care about each other as if they are one big family. These guys are such gentlemen and I can glad that they are apart of SJSU and the greek community.

They got some cool guys but they shotgun bid like crazy. They have like 120+ guys...The facy/most well known guys anchor them but some of them are so weird. You've probably already met some of them at orientation. I mean give em a chance but they super cliquey out of necessity because of the house size. They have more potential with KD's old house but they gotta clean up internally first.

Great fraternity, all the bros are really great and respectful. They throw some of the best events and are really accepting to both Greek and non Greek life. Would definitely recommend for someone to rush for them though I am not in the fraternity myself. If your looking for a strong brotherhood connection, I would tell you to check them out.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

A fraternity that asks freshman to rush ΔΣΦ in all of the freshman orientations. I am rushing in the spring as a freshman and I asked this to a random sample; all of them - including myself - said ΔΣΦ asked them to rush. They give bids to nearly everyone though (at least from what I heard), so that sucks. It's a good one, but definitely far from being the most prestigious. TL;DR - If you don't like the freshman orientation leaders, you probably won't like ΔΣΦ.

Very involved on campus but need to improve their greek relations. They won Anchor Spalsh which suprised a lot of people but good for them! They always go hard for philantropies which is good. However, there relations with other houses mainly other fraternties needes some work. I agree with the comment below saying theres really only like 20 DSP's you think of when you think DSP and they're great guys but some can be...lets just say not so savory. If they get KD's old house that'd be awesome

DSPs are super involved. A lot of them are RAs/OLs and work on campus. Def could be top tier if they didn't pledge a couple weirdos but they have potential since they're getting a new house. Has some of the nicest guys and you can never have a bad time w DSPs. One of my fav houses

on the real. They mob for philanthropies and are involved with the school. In reality it's a small handful of DSP's out of like 100+ that have good relations sororities. If they do get a new house lets see if they can handle it. Honestly, they have way to many bros to have "strong" brotherhood I believe. And give out way too many bids but we'll see how they do

I can tell that this fraternity will be in the top tier within the next year or so. The only thing holding them back is their small house and if rumors are true and they are upgrading they will defiantly slingshot themselves past most other houses. They always throw ragers for homecoming so their potential to throw parties is there. Simply speaking from my house's perspective, they have strong relations with the relevant sororities but they just need to improve their relations with other frats.

They're probably in the bottom middle tier, I don't see them going anywhere. They're very stagnant, nothing really impress me or a lot people about this house.
