Beta is great house! Just throw a great party that didn’t get rolled until 2am. Not Evan the big house can stay up for that long. Beta lit! The guys are really nice and the security for the parties feels very safe. Love that they put the bar outside and that they had a lot of bros looking out for people.

Make everyone feel welcome and safe at their parties. Take care and make sure everyone is feeling safe. Always see them on campus participating in philos. Great group of men.

They throw fire parties. KD and DZ seem to get along with them the most. Their house location is not on Greek Row and is small. Overall they're slightly increasing every year.

Down for a good time, hella chill once you get a chance to know them. Participate in a bunch of philos, walk chicks home, and the brotherhood looks strong. Definitely on the up, and their parties and energy match that.
