Went to one of their parties recently, it was cool but no DJ. Good vibes though Didn’t know they had a house right next to north garage. The house was small but the backyard was big.

Super fun parties. Despite them not having the biggest house they’ve definitely been throwing a lot more and being more talked about. We Stan SAE! their juice is the literally best out of all greek row. Probably what they’re most known for. Their parties always end up having super long wait times tho because everyone ends up wanting to go in so we’ve learned to get in earlier. The guys are always super nice and respectful and are always making sure people are hydrated and safe. 100% becoming a more recognizable frat on Greek row. Def excited for their other parties .

Seems that these guys had favoritism to their friends and others that waited so long didn't really get in, they even didn't let in some greek members for a while as well. Also, the party was way too sweaty and nasty. Also, the guys were so touchy, aggressive, and creepy.

Very bad at organizing their rosters for parties. Multiple times they had police come over to end their parties. There was a massive fight during one of their parties and many people were arrested. They even didn't accept people from Greek life.
