These dudes know how to throw. The decor at every party is always crazy, and they started throwing in their backyard more, it's great because I always get too hot inside. Very unique house. They are medium-larger chapters now, and they don't take in that many pledges anymore, from seeing such small classes. They weren't too involved in Philo's but now they seem like they stepped up and ran for a lot of houses.

These dudes lost DG Philo Spring 2024 even after dropping hella money. Lol, egos through the roof. How can you join Sigma Chi @ SJSU with their past? That is a stain forever. Scared to go in their house, as a sorority house (they know who) we don't associate with them.

This chapter is so ick. I know that on the West Coast they are considered a "top" DSP fraternity, but wow the bar must be low. I even heard other DSP chapters "look-up" to this chapter at SJSU, lmao huh? They must not be reading these reviews, and they are quite accurate for the most part. Their president has an ego through the roof. Girls only come to this house because they provide alc, that's crazy...knowing their history and drinking their alc, yikes. They aren't liked by the other IFCs at all. People trash the place from a party, and rarely does it get "clean". I wonder what this house looked like when KD had it way back in like 2016. People don't read Greek Rank, but wake up, truth be spittin.

All the brothers are really nice and respectful. They give a consent speech before letting people into the parties and care a lot about everyone having a good time and staying safe. Their parties are fun and it’s the only fraternity I’ve ever been to that I feel safe at.

St Fratty's party here was pretty mediocre at best. The guys here are generally pretty nice, but there's a couple of odd ones. Hopefully they could make an improvement to their parties.

my girls and I went to their st frattys party last night and one of the brothers kept trying to bring me into their room. I said no many times but they still proceeded to beg me to come and it even came to the point where they tried shoving me into the room. This is absolutely disgusting behavior. I also hear many stories from some of my sisters about dsps being creepy. Stay away.

They are okay. Every party always has something going on in it weather it’s a gun being pulled out, a fight, the fire alarm being pulled. The cops always show up whenever they throw too. I also hear from many that the brotherhood is very weird and cliquey.

Most girls are hella cool but there are always runts in the litters. Those girls hang with eachother so everyone has a place but damn. However. Everyone still gets along and the sisterhood is genuine. The girls are hella funny and also great dancers (I heard they have a dance studio in the basement now) and eat up and go crazy for philos

Great group of guys. Very solid house and have a lot going for them. They are very involved in philanthropy and are headed in the right direction.
