Honest Review: They have a long way to go. Most of these guys rushed other houses, didn't get a bid, and wanted to be a part of Greek life so badly, SIG NU - a 100% acceptance rate practically. I'm not sure if they will ever "exceed" where they are at currently. The way they throw parties is awful, the layout is just awkward. Feels so cramped going through small walkways just to go outside and get air. There's one bathroom downstairs and one upstairs. I feel like they always put stuff together last minute. I understand its all new to them, but man, these dudes are so desperate.

Always forget this place exists. Parties always get shut down before midnight, rough neighbors. I've talked to a couple of their members, strange dudes I'll tell ya.
