Your friendly geed house of all the fraternities. They are a corny group of guys but they always seem to have a good time. They seem to be very close with Kappa Delta - bottom tier houses attract. Their house is extremely tiny and is very secluded from Greek row. Their first philo also seemed to be pretty good.

Bottom tier house. Greek row thinks they collectively murdered a man here. Doesn’t matter whether or not it happened they still have to live with it. Everyone spreads rumors about them and talks about them behind their backs. They don’t deserve to be in campus, only reason the house has stayed afloat is because the bros are kind and genuine. These guys did a great job on their first philo. I was surprised, it was pretty legit. They’re definitely on the right track from moving outta the trenches

They seem to be the only house getting better on Greek row. They were on CND a little while ago but since they have been getting the best new members are throwing the best parties. Showing out more for philanthropies and a nice group of guys. Probably the most diverse house in SJSU and plays the best music.

Their members join this frat knowing they hung a black man in the house back in the day . Many sororities don’t even associate with them and other frats don’t care about them. If you want your drink to get spiked and possibly hate crimed in a small basement, go to a sig chi party!

They give out bids to everyone and their members are pretty lame. Their parties never get big and it is kinda embarrassing to be there. No cute guys and I’ve seen how they can be weird.

i am suprised nobody has left a review on these girls recently. the most recent review stated that they are a bunch of rude girls who have the mindset of being top house. sorry girlies but this is so true. not all, but a majority of the girls in this house have an ego that is through the roof. the fact that these girls aren’t even close to top house and they act like that is very concerning.
