Great hospitality whenever I'm there. Some weird dudes here and there, but the younger guys are definitely chill. Beautiful house. Winning philanthropies left and right this past year. Only negative is that they're in trouble with nationals. Hopefully trouble rolls over for these guys.

Not a social house in comparison to some other houses on the row. They tend to talk a lot of crap about houses (sororities and fraternities) they never interact with (pretty judgmental). DSP however dominates IFC & Order of Omega, so they look great to the school. Just my opinion, DSP tends to isolate themselves from the rest of Greek life

Update: Not even good anymore. They have bros joining the freshmen class page, being creepy and adding girls and trying to talk them up on fb.. Most of them are still under 18 lmao

Honestly, just a very average fraternity. They seem close, but the guys are nothing special. Maybe things will brighten up after being on academic probation.
