Went from nothing to something really quick. They had a hell of a year winning philanthropies and rushing some dope dudes. Let's see how they do this year now that they can throw parties. They're tight with Alpha Phi, so that's another plus. They have have a few issues with some fraternities on campus, but it doesn't seem to faze them too much. Would not be surprised if they have another good year.

You either hate em or you love em. They got a lot of crap from other houses, non-greeks, etc. but there are always people coming to their house, even those who don't like them. They don't have the best brotherhood on campus, but I always seem them walking together and having a good time. If they slow down their roll and improve their relations with some houses, then they can be solidify being a top house.

Well known for their gentlemen-like traits, such as standing up whenever a girl walks in. Good for them, but they can be some of the rudest guys on the row to others. They've had issues with plenty of fraternities this past year. Other than that, they are well organized and won fraternity of the year (school's perspective).

They came back a little too hard in the party scene after getting their new house. They got in trouble with the school and now their nationals. They just need to calm down and learn how to be fraternity gentlemen not party animals.
