Pretty irrelevant. They’re not the absolute worst but it’s a smaller house and they’re not located on 10th or 11th st which really hurts them

I've gone to this frat a lot my last semester and honestly very genuine and respectful. They have always looked out for me while I was partying. Good guys once you get to know them.

I have been in Greek life since 2017 and I haven’t seen this house do ANYTHING in that time period. No parties, socials, and they participated in like ONE philanthropy. They have a huge house and so much potential but it’s being wasted.
