They're the smallest fraternity on campus. They're so small that they have to ask other fraternities to go to their socials to even out the number of guys and girls. They're cool guys, but not a lot to offer.

These guys are so cool! I want to be like them one day. There's a random creeper named garbanzo who randomly shows up, watch out for him!

Some girls are cool & nice, while others are just plain awk. There was even one girl from alpha phi who told someone who was rushing "you're really pretty, so you belong with us"...how shallow is that? They walk around campus like they're better than everyone else. I even have one friend who is a newly added pledge to this chapter, & now regrets her decision. They have poor sisterhoods & hardly ever get together, allowing the new members feeling super disconnected. They need to be more active..

Went through recruitment and all I can say is, what an awkward ass group of girls this is. There are some really sweet girls in this chapter, but majority that I talked to were sooo awkward and struggled to make conversation. Def not in the top tier.

OK, Phi Sig has come along way but let's be honest here... They talk about being "frat stars" during recruitment and that turns people off. The reason they actually have been doing better in recruitment is because the other groups have to release more girls. Not bad but not top...

Wow...this group only replies on it's west coast reputation and they have so many girls join and then transfer to other schools. They always dirty rush and a lot of their members are pissed because they did not get into AGD.
