I'm going to give correct rankings for all you incoming freshman: Phi Tau is top house despite what any Pi Kapp says. Solid pledge classes, classiness towards women (most of the time), most parties. At the moment these guys are holding it down as long as they don't screw up over summer and fall.

Their newer classes this year are definitely hotter than their older girls. They're always fun at parties and never sloppy or annoying. I can for sure see them being top house soon because they seem to have the whole package.

Heavy drinkers but who cares? These girls will drink you under the table and still get a better test score than you in class the next day. Quality women, I like them alot!

I'm going to give correct rankings for all you incoming freshman: A Sig is dead center middle tier. Not the frattiest or best looking guys, but easily the nicest and most down to earth ones (not douches), little nerdy but they've made a complete 180 from where they used to be. They have a strong brotherhood, parties are eh but a few more pledge classes and they may be top tier.
