how competitive is rush at UK? Im a 22 year old second semester freshman transfer with great grades. (I took time between hs + college)
How likely am I to get into the house I want?

I can't speak for other sororities but i think it's going to be hard for you. if you're already 22 and plan on staying 3 more years I don't know if a sorority is going to want a member that old. I'm not even sure if there is an age limit. it would just be odd to have a 22 yr old and an 18 yr old in a pledge class together. the oldest I've ever seen get a bid was a junior at 20
