Hottest/most popular/most well-liked by guys? Theta.
If this is what you want in young women then go theta! Unfortunately, other posts are correct that theta can be exclusive, rude to lower tier sororities, and sometimes plain mean.
best by my personal standards? KD or Chi O.
Best by the standards of your typical frat guy? Theta.

Another fraternity guy here,
Im going to give you all my two cents. Guys like Chi O a lot because they are a lot more laid back compared to other top sororites. There is nothing and I mean nothing worse than a stuck up sorority girl. Im not bashing anyone specific because there are attractive and kind girls in every sorority, but the attitude of "I'm better than her because she is in B sorority and I'm in C" gets old very quick from a guys perspective and honestly it hurts the greek community overall.

My freshman roommate always used to tell me how awesome her top tier sorority is compared to my middle tier one was and I've never thought worse of another human being. Because honestly who cares?
