SAE is whatever now, they are just popular now still because of their name, house and money.

SAE is kinda falling off the map.

Delta Sig, Beta, and Theta Chi are all in a different category than Fiji and Kappa sig. Fiji and Kappa Sig kinda belong in the middle with farmhouse, KA, Phi Sig, and SNU.

they are a tad bit better yes, but at the same time they are not on the same level as beta theta chi or delta sig in any way
