well, being on probation generally means one is "in trouble" since you don't generally get put on probation for being awesome.

If they were on probation then it would mean they were in trouble....but they aren't on probation so they aren't in trouble. I heard they were being investigated along with some other chapters, not sure what for but heard underage drinking.
