frat tiers

After the latest rush here's what the tiers are (no particular order within tiers):

Top: Delt, SAE, Sigma Chi (say what you want but they still have enough quality guys and will continue to recruit well after these sanctions)

Upper: ATO, Delta Sig, Beta, Theta Chi

Middle: Kappa Sig, Phi Sig, Farmhouse, Sigma Nu, KA

Lower: FIJI, Phi Psi, Phi Tau

Bottom: AGR, Sigma Pi, Sig Ep, DU

Honestly, switch farmhouse and fiji and this one is 100% true. I would consider moving sig ep up one.
