sigma chi confusion

Can someone actually clear up what is sigma Chis potential punishment? In a below pos people were saying they will only have 60 members. Why?

Honestly every chapter has a basement team. The only difference is that most sororities have girls that volunteer. They don't.

Sigma Chi had undergone a membership review. Their nationals has come in and interviewed every brother to see if they should still be a brother. They've lost half of their chapter and are being placed on social probation. No parties, no date parties, no formals

This is accurate. In addition, their nationals is requiring them to do everything a certain way or they will be kicked off
