chi o house?

Was just on campus and notice that the Chi O house is totally under construction. Will they be having a house this year? Or have they purchased some where else on campus?
Loved the New Phi Mu house! Plus looks like an empty lot next to their house any word on whom might take the lot?

No, Chi O is not getting a new house, they can't because it is a landmark and is like over 100 years old. They are adding a new facade basically on the front of the house. Also from the rumors I've heard. Sigma Chi and Delta Gamma are supposed to be getting new houses soon, but I'm not positive if that will be one of their lots, I've just heard of those two getting new houses soon.

I heard AGD is in line for the new house because they have seniority over the rest of the sororities since they were the first sorority on campus.
