sae you get initiated right way maybe a week tops, I think majority of them are 3 months in so you'll be initiated a little before finals but then one or two is a full semester and you initiate at the beginning of the next semester. as for hazing I don't think a lot happens but the better and by better I mean top or middle top I suppose and bigger fraternities will haze worse if they even do decide to
