tiers

I don't understand what tiers mean. What makes a chapter top tier and does it matter that much? Thanks

Think of it like high school: you have the popular crowd (top tier), the easy going crowd (middle tier), and the less popular (lower tier). It's all a bunch of BS really and each tier comes with its own baggage a lot like high school groups so just go in open minded and you will fall where you fit
