Kappa Alpha Theta
Delta Delta Delta- in between. Some consider them to still be top while others think they've fallen to upper middle.
Upper middle tier (in order);
Delta Gamma
Alpha Phi
Pi Beta Phi
Middle tier (in order):
Delta Zeta
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Kappa Delta- somewhere in between middle tier and lower tier. It's a matter of opinion on that one.
Bottom tier (in order):
Alpha omicron pi
Phi Mu

Very accurate. In my opinion tri delt is still top tier but adpi, theta, and tri delt are definitely above them.
Kappa delta always seems pretty irrelevant. If I were to forget about a sorority it would probably be them. Honestly I think AGD is above them.
... It looks like you forgot about Alpha Gamma Delta. For those wondering, they'd fall in bottom tier
