Similar to my colleague below:
Tier 1: Sigma Chi, Beta, ATO
Tier 2: SAE, Delt, Delta Sig, FarmHouse
Tier 3: Theta Chi, Fiji, KA, Kappa Sig
Tier 4:Sigma Nu, Phi Sig, Sig Ep
Tier 5: Phi Psi, Phi Tau, Triangle
Tier 6: Sigma Pi, AGR, DU
Notes:
-Sigma Chi is on top almost no question, highly involved, good gpa, etc.
-Beta is really smart and involved and some how pull in massive pledge classes even without a house.
-ATO helps Chi O with the largest philanthropy on campus and is recovering from probation.
-FarmHouse quickly on the rise with the new mansion and large fall and spring pledge classes and second largest philanthropy on campus
-Theta Chi is growing but seemed to have peaked without a house.
-Not sure how Kappa Sig stays relevant without a house.
-Sig Ep won Greek Sing, so I guess that's worth more than Phi Psi doing nothing.
-AGR is tied for bottom seeing as they will not get a new house began within four years due to budget constraints and will soon be without a house making it even harder on them to recruit.
-Never met anyone in DU and I prefer not to.

This has to be the absolute worst ranking ever. Delt is much better than ATO. Beta isn't comparable up there. Theta chi is not with Fiji and KA. phi psi is better than sig ep and snu. Farmhouse kinda blows and shouldn't be on the same plain as SAE. SAE should be higher also

They always "somehow manage to get a large pledge class"because they give out 75 bids and pledging is a cakewalk

Nah, a beta would've listed all of their awards and accomplishments because they're try hards. It wouldn't have been "somehow managed to pull in large pledge classes" it would've been "beta has won nearly every philanthropy and intramural event, is the most involved, won the highest award with nationals and most of the UK awards, has the highest GPA, etc, etc, etc" way too try hard for my liking, no way this post was a beta. Maybe a beta groupie?
