how hard is rush fraternities at uk?
by: RushieBoyThinking about rushing when I transfer here. How hard is it to get a bid at UK? Cuz UK is a big school and has over 20 fraternities. SEC school too. I'm considering all houses and not concerned about being in top or middle house.

Kentucky has pretty good greek life but it's not like other schools in the SEC. If you took the top house here, it would be middle tier at a place like Alabama or georgia. The tops at kentucky are kinda hard to get in if you come from out of state and don't know anyone but you'll be good

Every once in awhile I drop by this website to drop some knowledge. Rush can be pretty stressful having the same conversation 30 times everyday for a week. But my advice is to go to as many fraternities as you can the first day or two and see what you like. Then start to spend more time at the houses you like the most. Make sure to talk to as many people as you can but make every conversation count. If they like you, you'll be invited to pre-rush events and parties that night. Rush week is a hell of a ride kid. Just enjoy that week because the semester is going to be hell. Jk only two fraternities have hard pledging

I wouldn't call delta sig a fraternity that respects women..
